Yellow Bike is a non-profit community bike shop located in Austin, Texas. They provide workshops for the community to learn how to build their own bicycles, empowering and educating individuals to take control of the way they deal with transportation.

PROBLEM

How can Yellow Bike create a lasting biking community in Austin that also helps low income individuals get around easier?

SOLUTION

Yellow Bike will host a festival popup featuring a gamified app where participants can complete informative and engaging tasks at various tents to collect rewards in-app.
